Aransas CAD is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Aransas County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).

Every property owner, that is not represented by a tax agent, was provided a password on their Notice of Appraised Value to access their account information on the Pritchard & Abbott website. Tax Representatives have a separate log-in to access their clients’ information. Property Owners will need to use their Owner Number and Password to access the information. The owner number and password is located on the notice you received to the right of the address information.
