Every property owner, that is not represented by a tax agent, was provided a password on their Notice of Appraised Value to access their account information on the Pritchard & Abbott website.  Tax Representatives have a separate log-in to access their clients’ information.  Property Owners will need to use their Owner Number and Password to access the information. Follow this link to their website http://www.pandai.com/home.aspx to access your information. The owner number and password is located on the notice you received to the right of the address information. If you have trouble with the Pritchard and Abbott website please contact them directly at 832-243-9600.

Not all functions will work properly in older browsers like Internet Explorer. If your map does not have the functions listed below, try updating to a newer internet browser.

You may still access the map by using the property search tab. Enter the criteria of the property you want to find; once you have a specific property chosen, select Map Search at the far right of the selection screen and the map will be displayed along with the property data. You will notice the property data display has an export button to the right of the property information on the window information bar. Use this button to export the displayed data directly to an Excel spreadsheet. The options button will create a property data sheet in a printable foramt. Click the print icon to the top left and the data sheet will be sent to your default printer.
